Court extends Rugigana’s detention
KIGALI - The Military High Court (MHC), Friday ruled that the provisional detention of Lt. Col. Ngabo Rugigana be extended by another 30 days.Military prosecutors say they are still adducing evidence before the trial can start in substance. The former head of the Engineering Regiment in the Rwanda Defence Forces, is accused of threatening national security.
