Gicumbi cyclists want taxation policy revised
GICUMBI - Bicycle-taxi operators in Gicumbi District have raised concerns over taxation of their activities, yet they are not allowed to operate on paved streets.Some of the operators in Byumba town told The New Times that they operate in a state of fear over seizure of their bicycles by the local authorities.
