Gicumbi residents push for prioritisation of infrastructure
GICUMBI - Gicumbi residents have appealed to the district to make infrastructure development a priority in the next phase of the implementation of performance contracts.They made the appeal on Monday during the District Open Day, where officials briefed the community on the various programs embedded in the performance contracts commonly known as Imihigo.
