Easter is the day when Jesus resurrected from the dead after his crucifixion. Easter is a day that left the world forever changed. Before his death, Jesus had performed miracles, healed every disease, and even brought a man back to life that had died. On the third day after his death, His followers went to His grave to see whether his body was still there, but only to find open tomb with no body in it. Matthew 28:5- 6, says that the angel told them not to be afraid; because Jesus had risen from the dead, just as He had said it would happen.” Jesus rose from the dead on Easter Sunday; now He offers to you the gift of eternal life and forgiveness of sins. This is the true story of Easter, and this salvation is for you. This day therefore reminds as what John 3: 16 says “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” Dear children, don’t you think that we have also a lot to give our father God in heaven?
