The high season for weddings is here; wedding planners, card makers, bakers and event planners are very jolly with money rolling in. Now it seems like I have three weddings to attend this wedding season for three very close people. The first wedding is only a month away for my sister, the second and third weddings are for two best friends who live in Kenya. I am a maid of honour in two weddings and I have a daunting task in helping the two brides to be in choosing their dream wedding gowns, and this I must say is not an easy task for me considering the fact that we live in two different countries, but all the same I must do what I have to do. Planning a wedding is one thing, but for the bride to choose a dream wedding gown is something else, this is because any girl will tell you that for them a wedding gown is what represents the day. Therefore, choosing a perfect wedding gown is the dream of any girl who is about to walk down the aisle. Forget about the grandma¡¯s boring wedding gowns and enter the new designs of the wedding gowns. One look at the different designs and you wish to experience the glamour of wearing one.Unfortunately some ladies do not have the slightest idea when it comes to choosing the right gown for their bodies. While some brides¡¯ look dashing in strapless gowns others will totally look the opposite. In case you are looking forward to your wedding day, you will find the below points very useful when the day comes to choosing your gown. Different body shapes have different needs when choosing a wedding gown, choose your shape below and know what suits you best; Pear shaped; A lady with a pear shape should look for a skirt that gradually flares out in an A formation from the natural waist to the floor, highlighting the narrowness of the midsection and floating away from the hips and thighs.
