RURA should step into the 21st Century
Editor,I was glad to read in yesterday’s paper that the Access to Information Bill is now in parliament, and once passed will oblige public officials to be more forth coming with information.I was disappointed to hear the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) requires reporters to write official letters if they want information from the organisation.
