Whoever mismanaged Muhanga funds must be punished

Editor,Allow me to comment on a story that appeared in yesterday’s issues of The Newtimes titled: “Report cites mismanagement in Muhanga health centre.”Officials implicated should be punished because it is illegal to swindle public funds. The District Council Committee in charge of Economic Development which unearthed this scandal should extend their audit beyond health centres.
