Kigali hawkers must get permanent premises

Editor, HAWKERS in Kigali are becoming a menace and something must be done. I remember last year, KCC authorities said that something was being done regarding the construction of a permanent business location for the hawkers. The City authorities promised that by June this year, the hawkers would have been relocated. While it is important to have an informal business sector, it should not be disorganized.
