Fishing ban on Lake Sake lifted
NGOMA - Fishing activities have resumed on Lake Sake in Ngoma District, after a one year suspension.Fishing was banned by the government to allow newly planted tilapia species to mature.At the official re-launch ceremony organised by the district authorities and fishery cooperatives over the weekend, fishermen were excited about the new prospects.
