The days for Genocide fugitives are numbered.

Editor,In yesterday’s issue of The New Times, there was a story about African Prosecutors vowing to track down Genocide suspects in their jurisdictions.This follows concerns that few African countries are following up on indictments sent by Rwanda. Why would some countries cooperate and other don’t. Genocide is a crime against humanity and should be dealt with accordingly.
