Rwanda’s Tusker All Stars contestant Alpha Rwirangira has raised the country’s flag again by winning the Tusker All Stars.“It has been an eight week journey, without you my fans, I wouldn’t have been at the top. I thank God for giving me friends like you. I wish there was a way I would thank all of you on a personal level,” Alpha wrote on his Facebook fan page shortly after winning the competition.
