RRA launches call centre
Taxpayers are set to benefit from the newly established call centre at Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) that was set up to respond to queries and complaints related to domestic taxes and customs issues. The centre, with a toll free number 3004, was financed by RRA in partnership with the Investment Climate Facility for Africa (IFC) to enhance customer relations.
