Why should some Rwandans live in exile?
Editor,I read with amusement the story that appeared in The New Times over the weekend regarding refugees leader in Congo-Brazaville, Ms. Seraphine Mukantabana, who recently decided to return home.Mukantabana was instrumental in the creation of the Rwandan rebel group Democratic Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) in 2000 which has been waging war against the people of Rwanda.
