US invites Kagame to address varsity conference
KIGALI - The US government has invited President Paul Kagame to be the keynote speaker at the upcoming education conference of US universities and others from developing countries. The invitation was delivered yesterday by Nina Fedoroff, the advisor on Science and Technology to the US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice.
