Dear editor,I want to react to critics of the recent appointments of many women in the cabinet by saying that even women can perform. A number of people criticized the recent elevation of women in cabinet, but what is important is the capacity one has to deliver and not the sex. You may be a woman and perform and you may be a man and fail and vice-versa.If the women fail to perform they will be sacked as men can be sacked too.Days of sex bias are gone and we should focus in a direction that the new world is pushing us.
