Resources authority boss takes office, reassures employees

The former Director General of the National Land Centre (NLC), Dr Emmanuel Nkurunziza, over the weekend, officially took over his new office as head of the Rwanda National Resources Authority (RNRA).The RNRA is a merger of three former public institutions, namely, the Forestry and Ecosystem Management Natural Resources Authority (IWRM), the National Land Centre (NLC), and the Geology and Mining Authority (OGMR).
