Local leader arrested over adultery
NYAGATARE - A local leader in Rukomo Sector, Nyagatare District is detained at Gatunda police station over adultery allegations.According to police, Heritien Sebineza, the in-charge of civil state affairs at the sector was apparently caught ‘red handed’ with another man’s wife.
