BNR’s promotion of the Saving Culture very timely

Editor, This is with reference to an article that appeared in the Sunday times, of July, 24 titled; “Nsanzabaganwa Urges the Youth to save”. Allow me, through your newspaper, to acknowledge the efforts of the National Bank of Rwanda as well as other partners to put in place all necessary measures that are meant to reverse the low culture of saving especially among the youth.
