SFB scraps human resources, marketing programmes
Kigali based, School of Finance and Banking (SFB) will no longer offer Marketing and Human Resources Management (HRM) as core courses. This was disclosed by the institution’s Rector, Dr. Reid Whitlock, who said that the administration made the decision after a cabinet directive in May 2011.
