Dear editor, Allow me to express my sincere appreciation to the President of Republic of Rwanda, His Excellence Paul Kagame for the recent cabinet reshuffle.. The ministers dropped did not meet the required expectations contrary to the promises they made while swearing in. The promises were done in the broad day light before the President and the entire Rwandan community. Anyway, it is a big shame to them! A number of questions continued to be raised among many Rwandans, wondering if some ministers who had failed to deliver in particular ministries would do so if he/she gets a different one. Her time in office was characterised by horrible scandals in the Ministry, which undoubtedly might have hindered the performance of the education sector. Even when some were transferred, they should know that the writing is on the wall for them. they should work doubly harder than they have been doing so that they restore some confidence among Rwandans.
