Social security fund should act more positively
Dear editor, I have been a long time of admirer of the social security fund. It is an important fund that can help you survive when you are too old to work. And indeed it has done great service to many old retiring people of Rwanda. But I have a great complaint that I share with a lot of people in the country. It is about the SCF modalities of paying.
