With Rwanda as a role model , Africa can surely meet MDGs deadline

Editor, This letter is with reference to your lead story in yesterday’s edition of The New Times titled :” Africa can meet MDGs deadline - Kagame.”Yes, with Rwanda as a role model, Africa can surely meet MDGs deadline of 2015. The country has shown not just the African continent , but the whole world how a nation devastated by the 1994  Genocide against the Tutsi, can be rebuilt with sheer hard work , determination and a strong political will.
