New fraud scandal rocks Athletics Federation

THE local athletics federation (RAF) is embroiled in accusations and counter accusations over mismanagement of funds during this year’s Kigali International Marathon.Sources close to the federation revealed that RAF’s executive committee comprising of the president Gerald Ntare, 1st Vice President Louis Rurangirwa, 2nd Vice President Dieudonné Disi and two other officials whose names could not be established by press time, decided to provisionally suspend the federation’s Secretary General Constantin Twajamahoro.
