Dear Editor. I write to request your paper to publish more information regarding the recent cabinet reshuffle by President Paul Kagame. I request The New Times to give us more information regarding the possible reasons for the changing of some ministers or demoting some. I ask The New Times because it is Rwanda’s leading outlet for public information. It might seem too much to ask the President’s office to give explanations but surely The New Times has a rich resource of informed and highly informed journalists that can help us the public with a deeper insight of the events leading up to and after the reshuffle beyond what the media has been able to give us. It is my opinion that the recent report issued by the Auditor general has everything to do with the ministerial changes, if this is true I would like to be given more information through your esteemed newspaper.
