It is imperative to keep the Diaspora youth on board

Rwandan youth studying in various countries across the globe are in the country for a two-week civic education programme, commonly  known as Itorero ry’Igihugu, through which they will acquaint themselves with the country’s development programmes. This is a very commendable initiative, because, these students, most of whom are in universities, are the future leaders, both in the public and the private sector.
