Nyirabarame starts medal quest in Rio

TWO-TIME Olympian Epiphanie Nyirabarame joins elite athletes in battle for silverware in today’s marathon race at the 5th CISM Military World Games which kicked off yesterday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.Nyirabarame running under Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF) face an uphill task against Kenya’s Winfred Kwamboka, Lebotha Lineo from Lesotho and Tanzania’s Jackline Sakilu on the African continent.
