Norwegian court decision on Bandora welcome
Editor,The move by a Norwegian Court to have Charles Bandora, extradited to Rwanda to face charges of committing Genocide related atrocities is commendable. It is important that all those suspected to have committed Genocide against Tutsi have their day in court.In Rwanda, evidence will be adduced to expose the role played by Bandora during the Genocide.
