New envoy meets Rwandan Diaspora in Belgium
The new Rwandan Ambassador to Belgium, Robert Masozera was, over the weekend, officially introduced to the Rwandan Diaspora at a function held in Brussels. According to the embassy, over 600 Rwandans attended the event that was also accompanied by celebrations to mark the 17th liberation anniversary.
