Rwandans in South Africa celebrate Liberation Day
Rwandan nationals and friends residing in South Africa, over the weekend, gathered in Cape Town to celebrate the 17th anniversary of the Rwandan liberation. The event, that was officiated by Claude Nikobisanzwe, the First Secretary at the Rwanda High Commission in South Africa.
