We should go ICT

Dear editor, Allow me to tell the developing world and Rwandans in general that our way forward is through ICT. Everything nowdays is computerized and if you computer illiterate you are doomed. The world is far ahead of you. For the days of carrying pens and booklets in our pockets are gone. We now carry laptops or flash disks that contain thousands of voluminous books.
