Returnees can play their part in development

Editor,I wish to welcome the refugees who returned home from the Democratic Republic of Congo last week.First and foremost, there is no reason why Rwandans continue to stay in exile because the current leadership has restored peace and united all Rwandans.Rwandans still in exile need to realise that the country today is very different from how they left it 17 years ago.
