Please, repair the Kibungo-Zaza road
Editor,The Kibungo-Zaza road is in a total mess. The road connects rich agricultural areas to highways in Ngoma-Kigali and Nyamata-Kigali but has for long remained in a sorry state.The road is a vital link to farmers and consumers of agricultural produce. But due to its poor state, it becomes impassable, especially when it rains.
