Medical insurance for pensioners great idea

Editor,I am writing to add my voice in appreciating the decision by the government,  through the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB), to have over 10,000 retired workers receive medical insurance.I am nearing retirement age and I am grateful that our government has made a good decision to see that former employees who are indeed prone to illnesses are properly looked after well.
