Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation: Rosemary Museminali Museminali has since 2005 been minister of state for foreign affairs in charge of cooperation. Between 2000 and 2005, she served as Rwanda’s Ambassador to the Court of St. James’s in the United Kingdom, Scandinavian countries and the Republic of Ireland. Museminali was born in 1962. She studied and completed a degree in social work and administration at Makerere University Kampala in 1986. She is married and a mother of five. Minister of Education: Daphrose Gahakwa Dr Daphrosa Gahakwa becomes Minister of Education from the ministry of agriculture, where she was the minister of state. She attended Makerere University in Uganda from 1976 to 1979, where she graduated with a BSc in Agriculture. She holds a MSc degree in plant breeding from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom. Gahakwa also holds a doctorate in genetic engineering from John Innes Centre, University of East Anglia. Minister of Commerce: Monique Nsanzabaganwa Ms Monique Nsanzabaganwa has been moved from the ministry of finance and economic planning, where she was the Minister of State in charge of planning. She has now been promoted to head the commerce ministry. She replaces Protais Mitali who becomes Minister of Youth.Ends
