Peter Rutaremara is the president of the Institute for Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda. He is also the chairman and founder of Kigali Institute of Management (KIM). Child hood memory I remember the hard times that I passed through as a child and it’s a surprise that I am a responsible man today.
