Kigali City vows to help Genocide survivors
The Vice Mayor of the City of Kigali, Hope Tumukunde, said that the city will create income generating projects for 400 Genocide survivors. The survivors who stand to benefit are members of a group of 84 families that comprise the ‘Tubeho Association’ based in Kimironko, Kigali.
