Sanitation: Rwanda shines yet again

Editor, THIS letter is with reference to your articles in yesterday’s issue of The New Times entitled: “Rwanda achieves MDG target on sanitation,” and “Rwanda leading Africa in sanitation promotion for tourism - WB.”It is very encouraging for Rwanda to emerge top in a broad spectrum of programs and activities spread over the multiple sectors of trade, commerce, tourism and investment.
