Petrol reserves and National Security

Dear editor, The Rwandan Government is running press adverts calling for investors who would be interested to invest in the construction of three Million litre Petrol and Oil reserves. Following what transpired in Kenya after the disputed December 27 2007 elections that sparked off a national chaos and violence, all land locked countries in the great lakes region which uses the lift valley as a gateway to the world through Mombassa were caught with their pants knee high.
