Taxi conductors should be reined in

Editor,Commuters have often lamented the duping culture of commuter taxi conductors though nothing is being done to help us. Last week, I boarded a taxi from the Ministry of Justice bus stage and disembarked at Kisimenti but the conductor charged me Rwf190. Normally, the fare should be Rwf100 for such short distances but in this instance, the conductor insisted that I pay Rwf190 and even threatened me.
