Were former heads of micro finance institutions punished?
Editor, At one point in April this year, we were informed of efforts by police, prosecution, Supreme Court, Rwanda Revenue Authority, Ministries of Justice and Finance to recover money mismanaged by former officials of microfinance institutions.What we need to know is whether those responsible for the mess were finally punished.
