Vice Mayors in leadership development training
BUGESERA - The leadership development training for all Vice Mayors in charge of Finance and Economic Development across the country kicked off yesterday in Gashora.The training is organised by the Rwandan Ministry of Local Government in collaboration with GIZ and Swiss Cooperation. It is facilitated by experts from Singapore.
