Good Work relations

John Mutiganda joined an organization as a procurement officer. While working, he attained a lot of connections and innovative skills. At work place employees relate therefore meet basic human psychological needs, such as recognition, belonging, autonomy, personal growth, and meaning. It cultivates a sense of well-being, it minimises stress, and it makes us more trusting. John Mutiganda shares his experience that, lack of connection at work place makes employees feel lonely, isolated, and confused, and turns them distrusting and disrespectful. “It is very interesting how employees exhibit satisfaction on a job if they relate well.” he says In relations to sociologists and medical researchers, it’s important to interact since it helps ones physical and mental health. John Iyamuremeye, a public savant says that when people connect at their workplace, their talents and contributions are boosted. “Connection at work creates a low level of toxicity that drains their energy, and impacts their abilities to be more productive. It can be witnessed in performance. Group performance is greater compared individuality”. Iyamuremeye discloses. According to David Biseruka, a recruitment adviser working with Rwanda Public Service Commission, jobs require interaction with co-workers and bosses. “The bottom line is that a good relationship amongst colleagues is a requirement to any organization that aspires to achieve sustainable better performance,” he explains It is possible to thrive at work and be a catalyst for positive change. Biseruka believes that just as the wind moves trees and gravity moves objects. “I’m convinced that unless the people in an organization have a strong sense of connection a bond that promotes trust and cooperation,” he adds Work place relationships describe something intangible at work. When a good relationship is present, we feel energy, empathy, and affirmation; when it is absent, employees experience neutral or even negative feelings. The bottom line is that a good work relationship plays a critical part in improving individual performance. People who are more connected with others fare better than those who are less connected.
