PS retreat focuses on implementation of programmes

RUBAVU - A two-day retreat for Permanent Secretaries opened, yesterday, in Rubavu District with a call to ensure inter-ministerial coordination of government programmes for better implementation.The Minister for Cabinet Affairs Protais Musoni : “Leaders must be knowledgeable of what is happening in other ministries and sectors as well to coordinate and fast track implementation of government programs”.
