Rwamagana residents should be lauded for generosity
Editor,I would like, through your paper, to appreciate the generosity of Rwamagana residents for giving a hand to storm victims.This shows that Rwandans work together and help each other as one people. We can provide for each other according to our resources. Instead of waiting for charity organisations, we should be in position to help ourselves first.
