New KBS buses will be a great relief
Editor,I am writing to commend the Kigali Bus Service (KBS) plan to bring in 20 commuter buses to facilitate transport in our city.It is indeed a great relief for the average Kigali commuter who on a daily basis faces difficulty to get to their destinations.
