Health Managers will reinforce health system
Editor,This letter is in reference to your article that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes entitled “Districts to get Health Managers.” I wish to applaud the new Minister of Health Dr. Agnes Binagwaho, and Dr. Desire Ndushabandi, Vice Rector of NUR, for this great initiative.
