CEPGL moots free movement of people

KIGALI - The security of travel documents, their cost, and free movement of people between Rwanda, Burundi and the DRC, is high on the agenda of discussions in Kigali.Experts from the three-member regional grouping – the Economic Community for the Great Lakes Region (CEPGL), are exchanging views and making appropriate changes in a previous draft document to streamline the issues.
