Editor,Allow me, through your newspaper, to thank Fred Oluoch Ojiwah for his article that appeared in last Saturday’s issue of The NewTimes, titled “Susan Thompson, Rwanda is a modern-day success story”. It is indeed a shame that people in the West think that if they do not come up with a policy or any initiative, it is automatically doomed to fail.
