Police cautions the public over corruption

KIGALI - The Rwanda National Police would like to caution the public to steer away from corrupt tendencies.The vice is taking a new twist, where on several occasions, perpetrators have attempted to bribe Police officers. In a period of less than one month, police officers have rejected bribes of Frw 200,000; Frw 100,000 and Frw 7,000 respectively, in Rubavu, Gicumbi and Nyabihu.
