Five smugglers arrested

KIGALI - Five men are being detained at Gikondo police station after allegedly being found with smuggled goods.The items included Uganda Waragi, clothes and ladies’ footwear.According to Police, three of the suspects were arrested on Friday while the other two were arrested yesterday.“The law is clear and our strategies shall not change; we don’t allow smuggled goods in our country.
